Sourcing the product is key and Carbonis will only sell British produce whose provenance has been carefully checked and approved by the owners. Our signature dishes include, minimum 30-day, dry-aged, grilled 5oz rib-eye steak sandwich, and baby Poussin chickens. Vegetarian options will always be available.
